If you've been importing goods for many years and think you've seen it all, try dealing with these guys! They demand exorbitant amounts for samples, constantly change the terms, and even small orders take MONTHS to fulfill. Despite having unique products, I wouldn't dare to work with them. Their salesperson is genuinely humble and kind, understanding the unreasonable demands of his management, but he can't do anything to help. Unless you have years to spend negotiating and a few thousand dollars just for samples, it's not worth proceeding!
